GUEST INVESTOR IMMIGRATION PROGRAM (GIIP)

After the huge success of the first Hungarian Investment Immigration Program (also known as "Hungarian Bond Program", operating between 2013-2017) the Hungarian Government decided to launch its second "Golden Investment Program" and designed its Guest Investor Immigration Program (GIIP), effected from 2024.

Considering the most relevant market needs, the Government created the following three investment options, all guaranteeing a stable 10-year residence status (with extension possibility of another 10 year) for the investors:

A."Investment Fund" option: Investment of at least EUR 250,000 in a Government approved Fund for a minimum of 5-year.

B."Property Investment" option: Purchasing and raising ownership rights in Hungarian real estate(s) for a total value of at least of EUR 500,000, and hold for a 5-year period.

C."Higher Education Donation" option: Donation of at least EUR 1,000,000 to a Hungarian higher education institution maintained by a public-interest asset management Foundation performing a public task.
